The human body comes into this earthly plane with a full set of minerals. Over a period of the first 20 years of life we, as humans, systematically wash those minerals completely out of our systems. This is done through abuse and misuse of our bodies by diet and lack of replenishment at the cellular level. As we go into the 20 ages and older, we begin the cannibalization process of our bodies. At some state, we have to give back at a basic level what we came in with. Otherwise, the "dis-ease" process begins and all of the cellular dysfunction processes will begin.
